Can someone explain what the famous good structuring of an os company means in practise?‌ I'm planning on Seychelles/Belize (and bank in my home location, paying just income tax for‍ now). Is it sufficient to have a basic company set up with a nominee director?⁠

It depends very much on which offshore jurisdiction you are going to incorporate. For instant‌ in the Seychelles it (depends on your citizenship) may be sufficient with a simple company‍ there and a Cyprus bank account. You can at any time insert a nominee director⁠ and/or shareholder as well if something in the TIEA's should change.
