Formation company in Mauritia or anywhere else?


Hi there!


I am planning to run an online business and want to start an offshore company.


I am citizen of the EU


So the country im residing in has alot of tax treaties.


those jurisdictions are therefore excluded


.) seychelles


.) belize


.) st.vincent


.) panama


.) cyprus,latvia (european union)


So this leaves me with Mauritian GBC2. Any advices with any agent?


And which bank should i use there for internetbanking?


Tips are really appreciated!

You may want to use some of the major agents around, Google them and you will find plenty of offshore company formation firms that can help you. With banking it's pretty easy, you can open an account with the bank in Mauritius your agent may be able to help you with this if you can't do it at your own.

Having to search for an agent could be hard. Have you tried asking your friends if they know one? Since Mauritius is not that kind of popular in terms of offshoring activities.

Mauritius was once a time great and the same as Panama but after the all ever chaning regulations it has become the same as for instant BVI, Cyprus and other regulated jurisdictions.

Agaian, as with all jurisdictions and the way you setup your business it will depend on how much money you are doing. People intent to believe that just because they make say 3 or 5 thousand dollars a month in profits they will have to be afraid of reporting and stuff, this is not the case.. you need to do big money to be afraid of reporting.
