between offshore banks, emi, and digital banks, which one is more financially stable for investors the world over? which one can absorb more money and offer more stable jurisdictions to not only investors but the public in general? if investors and the public in general were looking for the most stable jurisdictions, who should they look to in this case? anyone willing to share their opinion on this one? rsvp.

If I could pick any bank in the world for my banking affairs and if I could only pick one, I'd go with a foreign currency account in Bancolombia. Unfortunately, this option is unavailable to me.
In terms of capital controls and taxes, Bancolombia thrives in an environment that would bring most EU and US bank to it's knees. This is what makes Bancolombia the uncontested winner for me.
I'd be interested to hear what banks (and where) others would prefer.
