I need to file tax, do accounting and all this stuff, I wonder if this is required to be made by an certified accoutant or if I can do this myself?

The company had no activity during 2013 so there is nothing to bookkeep what to do?

You can't do that at your own unless you speak and read Greek. Most often‌ it is beter to simply let your agent who incorporated the company in Cyprus for‍ you to do the task. It's not very difficult and also not expensive!

You may want to let your Agent do this task for your if they can,‌ since it can be complicated to submit it to the tax authorities and get it‍ approved.

Yeah, don't deal with the tax crap yourself, it's much easier and better to get‌ some professionals do this task.

Thanks for your replies, I found a tax consultant who takes care of all this‌ for me!

You may not always just go for the cheapest when it comes to accounting and‌ financial reporting to the authorities.

For a loong time we have been using the same tax firm and just pay‌ what he invoice say. Never actually thought about to change since we never had any‍ troubles!

Switching accounting firm or tax auditors is not always the best to build trust towards your customers. If they check your company they will ask questions⁤ why you did so..

Thanks guys... I found what I was looking for.. that's some great information here.

I paid a flat fee to the tax auditor so they submitted and filed everything‌ accordantly. No tax man problems 🙂
