Fast company registration in Belize, how and where and what to do?

Can some please explain to me how, where and what to do to register a company in Belize? I looking for doing business online IM specialist, I just need this company for testing some projects which may be risky. I don't bother if the company get burned by some.

Incorporate a Belize company is very very easy. As admin already mentioned, only thing you need is the documents listed and you are ready to go. It takes a few days to get the company and another few days to have the documents ready. All in All pretty easy process for a Belize company formation!!

This is very helpful, have been searching and looking through many posts and threads on the forum on how to order your services ie. offshore company and bank account but couldn't find a link before now. Thanks to your team for sharing all this valuable information about this matters.
 
Let us know what your outcome will look like poulaCo, it seems you are where I have been for aprox 4 month ago and I hope you will find this forum as useful as I did in order to find the right solution for your offshore company setup.
 
I came to the decision to go for a Cyprus company for now. Later on I will consider to extend my offshore setup with a Seychelles or Belize company as well to place other activities within these entities. It has been difficult to figure out what exactly is the right setup for my personal use. But the forum here and the friendly people here have been a great help 😉

Pretty straight forward process to register a company in Belize! You simply find the Agent of your choice, provide a passport copy and valid utility bill along with a few company names. Once submitted, everything will take a few days and you will get your package of corporate documents with your Belize company.


It's not difficult and you don't need to visit anyone, everyhting is done by e-mail or skype or other messanger.

It's great to see forum members to share what they decided to do and their experience with the offshore company setup of their choice. As the others already replied, a Seychelles or Belize corp will be the fastest and the cheapest offshore entity to incorporate!

Hos is it going with your offshore company in Cyprus setup poulaCo - did you bought a ready-made corp or did you go along with a new registration?
 
I'm waiting for the documents which should be ready friday they say. I bought a ready-made company from 2011 🙂

I forgot to follow up on this today while I spoke with the office. Did you get your registration numbers and certificates already or not yet? it's for the BVI company Im asking.
