Nowadays, opening bank accounts as well as getting accepter from payment processors for UK non-resident companies, is becoming more and more difficult. Let's suppose, I fake the UK residency with a fake UK utility-bill or bank statement, will I be able to open more bank accounts / apply to more payment processors? Or they will ask local ID, NIN number, or what?

When it comes to payment processors, it’s usually not a problem to get them to‌ accept any utility bill you provide for your UK LTD, even if it’s owned by‍ a non resident.

It’s mostly the banks that can be difficult, in my experience, a reference letter from my bank often helps in those cases.

See my post below

This is how you may end up if the bank decides‌ to put you in CIFAS database due to fake/fraudulent documents being detected.

first: what Martin said
second: it wont work as they will not find you in‌ credit reports, electoral registers, etc. etc.
so you just make the situation much worse

I think non residents in the UK who created british limited company don't use bank‌ accounts than financial instiitutions who provide them payments in seconds: wise, worldfirst....

true, but go‌ with different virtual office addresses, maybe some not used over and over again.

Why do you use UK ltd when there is such a big problem with getting‌ a payment processor / bank acc?

you don't need to be a resident of⁣ the UK to open bank accounts there.
what one branch may tell you in regards⁢ to these rules will change from branch to branch. just because one customer service agent︀ says something doesn't make it fact. most staff make things up as they go, if︁ they don't know the answer.

to open a bank account in the UK you need︂ Proof of address. just go to your local bank wherever you are, and get your︃ address changed to your UK address, then get them to print a physical statement and︄ stamp it.

alternatively, open a bank account with HSBC wherever you are, and get them︅ to open you an account in the UK branch.

if you want a credit card,︆ and have an amex, amex will open you a UK amex via global transfers. You︇ already need a bank account in the UK though.

If you have a visa for︈ the UK, can open an account not physically present through Ifast global (still need that︉ proof of address)
