A hypothetical scenario, asking for a friend.

I have a company in Cyprus that I want to close down, but first I need to empty the company coffers. The company has a small amount of bitcoin which I want to get out from the company. I was planning to use it to pay for some kind of "services" before I close down the company.

What is the best approach here?, fake invoices from fake supplier paying for some kind of imaginary services transferring bitcoin from the company to a wallet I own myself? Like splitting the whole amount into 10-20 or so smaller invoices and invoice one time per month.

No bank is involved, since it is bitcoin the payment of these invoices will be from one wallet to another.

If you wind up the company, won't the company assets be distributed to you anyway? Are you resident in Cyprus? What are the tax implications here?

Or, just say you lost the Bitcoin in a boating accident!

Tax resident in a Nordic country. If the company assets are distributed there will be a clear connection to myself (something my country's tax agency will see clearly).
Yes I know that this connection can always be found anyway, but I want to have as little "visible" connections as possible.

It depends on how much you're moving, whether it's in fiat or crypto. If we're talking larger amounts, you'll need to invest some money into proper, anonymous setups.

And if it's serious sums, you should consider reaching out to the user @gh0p , he knows what he's doing.
