This exist nowdays still for sure, I know one swiss trustee that Issues such cards‌ as "client service". They are 80% used by girlfriends of there customers.
Means it's not‍ fully anonymous the trustee know you, but on the card self is no personal name.⁠ The only downside there is you must have the right asset volume to got a⁤ client of them.
