Book is not expensive, another one to read for fulling our knows.
But this guy is very expensive : 18000$ ! (Just for holistic plan)
It's relative, but 18000 is too much for me.

If you would like to proceed with working with Mr Henderson on your personal holistic Plan, this is how it would all work:
You will generally have 3 calls together:
1. Strategy Call - to explain your situation in detail, and for Mr Henderson to prepare a list of questions and things to go over in further details for the next call;
2. Clarity Call - where you will go through a list of approximately 100+ questions which will help him determine the best possible plan for you (ie finances, banking, corporate banking for company, business structure, employees, tax structure, lifestyle preferences, passports, residencies, where do you currently live and for how long, where would you like to relocate etc);
We may also organize additional calls as needed to discuss or clarify any remaining details.
3. Decision Call - (usually 1-2 weeks after Clarity Call, depends on the complexity of the Plan) where Andrew will lay out Plan in detail and you will discuss what to do and how to implement it.
After the final call, you will also receive written (PDF) version of the Plan with all the necessary instructions for Plan implementation.
The investment for the whole process and creating your personalized holistic Plan is $18,000.
The indicated fee does not include actual implementation and costs associated with it as it depends on the complexity of the Plan, how many people are involved etc, however should you decide to implement your Plan with us, the fee paid for Plan will get credited towards implementation costs.
