Expat will travelling around the globe the next 12 months, need offshore company?

I have decided to give up my home, car, family and everything else I owe in my country of resident, I want to see the world now and the next 12 months at least.


My business I can run from my laptop as long as I have a Internet connection :0) So I was looking to collect my earnings in an Offshore Company for instant in the Seychelles with a Cyprus bank account or with a HSBC bank account, not sure yet what will be best.


Do you think there is a better way to do this?

Depending on where in the world you will be most then a Seychelles or Cyprus company may be a good option for company formation. With the Seychelles company you don't need to care about book keeping, accounting and filing of tax etc... so it may be better in order to concentrate and focus on your business rather than administration of an offshore company 😉

If you are not at the same place more than 3 months you don't have to worry about tax at least so it may not be an issue! But ofcourse I don't knwo your plans 🙂
