And if these directors are so aware of their pay being way too high, why won't more of them accept a paycut?


A director is supposed to represent a whole company, and if he or she can't make them...how can they expect the rest of the company to sacrifice?

I can say that CEO plays a very important part in a Comapny. Directors are the main people of the company. If they feel CEO pay is much high then why they dont make a salary cut or reduce expences of the company in other way??
