Can You print acreen the mail in here so⁢ we have a proof against Qenta if things go sideways?

If we get all our money back, can we still‍ sue for damages???

After all the actions taken by the commissioner, especially the press conference which resulted in the freeze by Novo bank, is the main reason why we have⁤ lost access to our funds for such a long time, and that should be punishable.⁣

Please ask your lawyer, I'm interested.

Personally if I was a customer of EPB [which I was not] and got my‌ money back I would live and learn from this. Never put your money in a‍ bank which provides no audited financials and is based in a bankrupt banana republic. Banking with amounts you care about is not about following a cult of personality blindly but⁤ doing fundamental research into the banks health, reputation and the credibility of the jurisdiction of⁣ the bank.

P.S I learned the hard way years ago. Once you hear negative press⁢ about a bank whether true or not run from the bank and don't look back.︀

if everything is fine Qenta can show a proof⁢ of funds from their bank? Do you know at which bank Qenta holds the funds?︀
And why does it take so long to get them allocated? Qenta had enough time︁ and it is crystal clear what amount each depositor has when the client book was︂ sold?

Proof is in the pudding of whether all opt-in clients really get their money back‌ as easy as PS described it. My personal feeling is no chance,

"For sure" how do you‌ know?

Qenta is an MSB; they can hold funds on behalf a user in safeguarding‍

It's great‌ you have them but im talking about publishing the financials so clients could see them‍ and make an informed decision.

Thanks Peter!
- How are the customers funds segregated⁢ from those of the Qenta company?
- Under which jurisdiction is the bankaccount were the︀ customers funds are held?
- Which financial authority is responsible for the customers funds?
- What happens to our funds in case of a bankruptcy of Qenta?
- Is the︁ opt-in money-pipeline still legal and properly controlled by any financial authorities?
- If not than︂ do you agree that the opt-in option should be cancelled and the money shall be︃ returned?

Well, to be fair EPB had a good reputation︁ for years. The only issue people raised was actually a "pain in the a*s" KYC︂ and AML procedures.

It didn't after press story. That's when a lot of clients withdrew their‍ money as PS said. Basically a bank run happened. Those clients would be celebrating they got out early and are not in this circus.

Sorry but I don't care who⁤ the bank is whether its Credit Suisse, SVB, Satabank etc when the negative press or⁣ rumors hit (and you have money there you care about) you take your money and⁢ run and ask questions later.

True, thats why I said "for⁢ years" not recently. And yeah if those press stories would have reached me before the︀ bank suspension I would have probably run too.

What's the‍ point. The bank is no longer operating. The receiver and OCIF independently verified that as of fall of 2022 the bank had $2-$3 million in excess cash then what was⁤ owed to depositors. That Consent Order is a pubic document.

Why would this not be fair for you? Customers︃ have lost access to their lifesavings and are unable to pay for daily necessities. You︄ on the other hand is living well, taking multiple expensive vacations every year, buying expensive︅ properties and yachts. And as you say, funds at Qenta and under receiver are safe,︆ so under my proposal, the customers get their money back soon / immediately, and you︇ just have to wait a little bit longer to get yours back.

Could be nice to see an evidence any kind, Once the discussion started to be‌ some active in this forum after long tine, then all the sudden everything is fine‍ and we need to wait a little bit more ?
