yep, that would be pretty surprising; i can say that EPB e and Qenta replied‌ fast to me, i wrote originally beacause the home banking of EPB is not operative‍ anymore and i asked about that
 
How did you contact⁠ them?
I wrote several mails to info(at)europacbank.com but without any replies ..
 
i wrote at the usual address, they replied in some hours; surprsingly efficient, atleast in‌ communications
 
A couple of weeks ago I sent an email to the Receiver asking️ him to give us the opportunity to Opt-out.
I gave him a bunch of reasons‌ as to why he should allow us to Opt-out before setting a migration date.

I never received a reply, although the email did go through.
 
Good idea but how do we guy's organise this? How do we all‌ come together and find a competend law firm who can get hold of our funds‍ and get it returned to our bankaccounts? Can you Peter Schiff get hold of a⁠ up to date list of EPB costumers and propose to them to register at a⁤ law firm that can do the job? It is getting time to start a foundation⁣ to defend our interests. Any suggestions how to do this?
 
I ask⁢ the lawyer representing me to look into a class action suit on the part of︀ bank customers. I have a list of their names and email address to make organizing︁ the class easier.
 
This sounds like a solid⁠ plan. Also in terms of paying the lawyer, I’m sure many are completely broke right⁤ now, and we can support each other !
 
A class action suit. Great idea to delay pay outs for at least 5 years.‌ I can only advise all to take INDEPENDENT legal advice and not rely on what‍ PS is offering you.
 
Probably you are right… what a⁠ frustrating situation with no updates at all. Proper sh..show tbh. I have sent already several⁤ of emails to the receiver and no reply so far…
 
Yes we spoke about his taking the case on contingency. Also, I⁠ may be able to provide some litigation financing. But I want to find out the⁤ truth about the Qenta rumors. If all customers are made whole, there may not be⁣ enough to gain form the lawsuit. But if customers end up losing a lot of⁢ money, that changes the dynamics. I always expected customers to eventually get their money back.︀ I knew I would never get mine back, so all I could do is file︁ a lawsuit. Maybe customers will have to do the same thing.
 
if Qenta holds clients money WITHOUT being licenced this is a criminal offense in most‌ jurisdictions.
Please PS no litigation financing just put a stay on your lawsuit until pay‍ out has been finished!
 
There is no way to stay⁠ my lawsuit. Plus it has nothing to do with recovery of customer funds. If anything⁤ it will speed up the process, as the Receiver is under added pressure to get⁣ it done. Plus, if the receiver knows the lawsuit is paused until after the liquidation⁢ is completed customers may never get their money back.
 
The Receiver didn't do much during the last 3 months of 2024, except paying himself.‌

"Actual disbursements during the reporting period are mainly related to liquidation expenses as detailed in‍ the liquidation order, including the services rendered by the undersigned and additional costs incurred on⁠ professionals assisting in the liquidation process."

This is still going to take quite some time.⁤

"Accounts Still Subject to Reconciliation and Validation $11,134,908"

I don't know what is the meaning⁣ of this:

"Despite exhausting significant efforts with the acquiring entity for reaching a consensual modification⁢ of the liquidation plan adopted upon the entry of the Consent Order for Liquidation and︀ Dissolution of International Financial Entity executed on August 9, 2022, no such agreement has been︁ reached."
"Given the changes required for the distribution of assets and obligations owed to all︂ customers, the Trustee has then to propose to OCIF the corresponding modification on the terms︃ that will govern the liquidation procedures for the customers that will be part of the︄ Trustee’s liquidation process."

*The Receiver is publishing his share of information related to the liquidation︅ of Opt-out customers.
I wonder why Qenta doesn't publish anything whatsoever...
 
Unfortunately, based on reading that report I do not think we are even close to‍ any funds being released. I'd say the chances of customers getting any money prior to⁠ the three-year anniversary of the unnecessary and likely illegal action to place the bank into⁤ receivership are slim.
 
If the money has been retrieved and all accounts validated, i don’t get why they‌ can’t start the payout or give som details on the dispute between the reciever and‍ qenta !
