We sell services to uk and eu consumers (b2c $100k a month). We plan on setting up dubai companies and moving to dubai for the main part.

Is there anyway to avoid charging / paying eu / uk vat on our services?

We could obviously just not charge it and just not pay it to the eu, but what could be the ramifications? Could we route the money through some offshore company to our dubai companies for 12 months, then close the company and start another and repeat process? How about payment processors / credit card processors reporting us / or disclosing our company?

thankyou

Actually it is not possible to avoid the VAT in B2C payments unless you commit fraud or live and operate outside of the EU in a country that don't have VAT.

We the reporting in place between most EU countries you will sooner or later be caught, it's at least our conclusion with the research we have made. I'm all ear for any legal other solution or suggestion.
