Hi guys,

I think I really read every single topic here and also in the public forum, found a ton of good things here, I'm running a legal Business in Europe which is doing great, as I cannot move the Business complete OffShore as I need Paypal and Stripe for high transactions, 200-400k per month, so I'm just thinking about decreasing my profit, for now and later on move to a country with lower income tax.

Simply open a Business with darks, get an EMI also with darks and then find a payment processor

I'm thinking of 3 different ways:
.) Invoice myselfe with the Offshore Company over own Payment Processor
.) Invoice myselfe over a fiverr account set up with darks (I take the loss of the few %)
.) Invoice myselfe over a upwork account set up with darks (I take the loss of the few %)

1. What would be the quickest setup for the company to get an EMI, money is not the problem at all it doesnt need to be cheap, I just need a company setup with works with different EMIs and Payment Processors.

2. The second question would be how do you guys order the plastic card from the EMI, where do you send it is there any kind of post routing what you can recommend for Europe?

3. I have also documents (with Apostile and everything) for an US Corp in Delaware but I cannot find any EMI which accepts the corp without having a Bank Account or at least EIN (what I dont have and cannot have as its based on dark) can you recommend an EMI for that ?

1. Why don't you setup a Seychelles corp with EMI account!
2. You want to use something like clevermail. You may even find a lot of different suggestions to this n the forum Virtual Office Services and even there is a topic where you can see what people else have done. Check also here Offshore Business Discussion

3. It's going to be difficult with anything that comes from the US!

Some people (so I have done that) found a house or a left address where it is possible to send and pickup mail. It's not to difficult to find in most neighbourhood's normally.

Because it will look strange when I invoice my Austrian Company from the Seychelles .. I would like to avoid this

So you could setup a Cyprus company or BVI company which is more legit in the eyes of the auth.

You may appoint nominee director and shareholder in order to let it look better. Most often and depending on your budget you will need to establish a "real office" in order to convience the tax office that this is not a company controlled by you at all.

Cyprus, BVI, Bulgaria and even Malta will look more legit compared to a Seychelles or Belize company! You may check what providers are able to help you with the setup in some of these EU countries.

It's not going to be cheap.
