Anyone knows a bank or an EMI that accepts Estonian licensed crypto exchange owned by a non resident
looking for an EU solution with dedicated IBAN that is crypto friendly

Fidor opens accounts just for‍ Germany people. Not opening for Estonia or Lithuania citizens.
