estonian company for sale

Hello everyone,
our company in estonia has failed and we have decided to close the company. I just thought that someone from this forum might be interested in having a limited company in Estonia. The transfer costs are approx +- €300 plus a commission (will ask our acconter)

There are two ways to dispose of the company:

A) obtain the e-residency and I disassociate myself from it.
B) use me as a figurehead in exchange for a small annual commission (only if you have benefits) amount to be defined

Accounting is €50 per month

Does it have a bank account?

Approximately how old is it?

Does it have any debts or tax liabilities?

Yes is VAT registered, yes it have bank account (wise) less than 1 year

No debts no tax liabilities. The company is totally clear

well, you can choose your own accountant of course.
