Use Transferwise borderless account. That's what others use for Estonia companies.
Please note however if you open a bank account outside Estonia you cannot pay yourself dividends I believe.

Did you mean if there is any Bank that will allow that you open a Bank account with the Estonia e-resident registration only?
Answer: No Bank will accept this, except Banks in estonia allowed some time ago for Business (not sure if still) to sign documents digitally trough it and this way to open remotely a account.

Yes. The ID does not imply any form of legal residency in Estonia. It is simply a card to access certain e-services in Estonia.
