ahhh, so I can use a nominee to sign documents on behalf of the company. Tell me, will I need nominee shareholder also? Can I only have nominees for Seychelles company?

Yes that's actually one of the tasks you can use a nominee for. It's not required to appoint a nominee shareholder when you appoint a nominee director, it is up to you and if you need it.


Nominees are widely used by many offshore jurisdictions, so Cyprus, Belize, BVI, Panama, Seychelles etc.
