I am a Muslim and can live anywhere but the EU is closed to Arab countries and has a close relationship especially with African people example France and Spain, the majority has highest level IQ, little percentage is damaging the reputation of the entire population.

It might be difficult through legal immigration. The vast majority of these scumbags just showed up in Europe on boats, and when some relatively normal countries wanted to stop them, like Hungary (or the Visegrad group in general), the EU stopped funds for them, and Germany paid flight tickets for the migrants to come.

What are your options in LATAM? I know that besides those UAE and Qatar passports, they are not very welcoming to Arab people.

I don't know who said that but generalization isn't a good thing.
I wonder who is LATAM to accept or refuse!? If you have the right client, legally earned money, what's the problem!? Arab or Asian or European.
I personally know Arabs in different places in LATAM, Asia, EU, US etc. with their passports and wealth 0% issues.
