which EMIs give you US bank details except TransferWise and Payoneer?

I need it to withdraw money (USD) from PayPal.

Also, do you need a personal account, or corporate‌ account (for US corp or non-US)?

It's been a while since I checked, but LeoPay at least claims they can hold‌ USD. I know they lost it for a while but maybe it's back now?
