EMIs are a pain, they just close or shut accounts, one after the other, now Sogexia's turn.

Tell them you have another residence in Europe (in a country they service), and call‌ it a day

It's so easy?

I’ll be completely shocked‍ the day Wise or Revolut posts a thread here saying - OCT members are such a hassle, they cheat and back out of their agreements one after another.

Of course that's not so easy, I don't know why it was even suggested. They‌ verify residency.

Honestly, faking a residency, a utility bill, or anything else that is required to prove‌ residency is the last thing I would do, Sogexia is by far not the best‍ EMI out there with their 2 per cent commission on deposits, so I'll just move the balance somewhere else. My point was EMIs are not and never will be your⁤ forever banks, they fail, they get mixed up with fishy stuff, they change policies, they⁣ close accounts for silly reasons.. etc
