I dont know which Leupay you are using, they are moved to Bulgarian IBAN. (Mine was transfered from Maltese to Bulgarian)
How easy was it to setup an account with them? What type of id check do they do?

As I understand, they could give you the possibility for SWIFT, but not for all countries. All depends from currency corridors.
