EMI with integrated crypto exchange accepting 3rd party transfers

I only know 1 or 2 well known ones. Can you please list them all ?
I don't care about extra fees versus conversion fees at tier 1 crypto exchanges. It's just that the absence of delays is more attractive to me, rather than using a crypto-friendly EMI then transfering towards an external exchange (especially since very few support the Instant SEPA norm)

I was wrong about crypterium.
Checked Kraken does not oermit it, which was obvious. However, they do support Instant SEPA which compensates
