Someone told me that it's easier to open a bank account for a company with LLC public registry like Florida, rather than Delaware, Wyoming etc, can you confirm that?
It matters to some banks and EMIs, but not to others. Some want to be able to verify your role in the company through online registries, which is not possible in secretive states such as the ones mentioned.
