EMI with ESTONIA IBAN

Hi i want to ask if there any EMI that provide me an UK or ESTONIAN IBAN and virtual card creation like Revolut Business
i have a Croatian Company

Yes but we was flagged from revolut business for that I asked something like revolut‌

i think its available only for europe‌ countries !
