EMI with card for withdrawals from Payoneer

Hi. Yesterday, I learned after a letter from Payoneer that you cannot withdraw money to ewallets (virtual banks) such as Transferwise, revolut and others... Someone can offer some kind of electronic bank that is friends with Payoneer? I will be glad to any advice. Thanks.

I have been sending money from Payoneer to my TransferWise account without issues for months‌ (even from PayPal to TransferWise).

Is a last changed they did?

I dont think this is true because some of those⁤ Payoneer customers care rep can be so dummy. I successfully withdrew from my UK Payoneer⁣ into my Transferwise EMI EURO bank account number 3days ago. it took mins.
