Any details? Company in which jurisdiction and which bank in UAE?

Freemont had excellent reputation back than, however the owners have changed 2 years back I think. They still seem to be quite responsive.

If it is 4 years ago since you used this service provider then your review may not have any relevance. As @BlueMist said, they had a ownership and much other stuff can have changed.
