What's the best solution to prevent the headache?

Revolut to Binance caused this, but that was some time ago.

In my experience, Revolut works fine, e.g. with Kraken and in 5 or 6 figures. Most payment companies do not like Binance/Bifinity.

For more comfort, Zen or Quicko maybe.

You can also just use exchanges with dedicated IBANs like Mt Pelerin (there are quite a lot nowadays but for example OKX I do not like)
