I've been using payoneer for qutie a while (can't open leupay as country of residence is not in the whitelisted group) and I'm pretty satisfied.

The thing is now I have to start making swift transfers and this is where the problem occurs. I've thought about 2 options:

1) I can add a bank account to the payoneer, and select the option to withdraw to that bank and make transfers from that bank, but I would like to avoid that as I don't have any good and safe offshore bank account that I can use for this

2) Open another EMI that supports swift transfers and add that EMI as my bank account in payoneer, so when I withdraw to that 'bank account' money will be transfered to this EMI and from there on I can go along with doing swift transfers.

Any ideas and suggestions?

@auric I'm from moldova - yes btw, I have looked through that topic but the thing is I need to check each one and not many information is available even on their sites, for ex. regarding swift transfers and regarding acceptance from non EU/EEA countries.

I use transferwise and it s work well.
The customer support is also good.
