EMI/online Turkish bank account

I would like to open an online bank account in Turkey. What I need is just the account, I don't really care about cards. Ideally I could do it online, without physically going there. What do you recommend? I am an EU resident.

As your in Germany go into a KT bank branch there and⁤ see if they can open one for you in Turkey.

It has historically been easy to go to Turkey, get a local TIN, and then‌ go open a bank account. Whole process takes a couple of days.

Remote bank account‍ opening is very rare unless you're well connected.

There are no EMIs in Turkey.

If you don't want to go to Turkey and open a bank account remotely you'll‌ need to pay at least 3,000usd, very expensive!

TIN takes 15 minutes at the tax office. You only need a passport and copy‌ of it. For the banks, just walk in. You can normally do it in two‍ days.
