EMI for non EU/EEA resident

I am looking for an EMI which accepts non EU/EEA residents
I have found some but all of those have Lithuanian IBANs.
I need an EMI which provides unique IBAN but not Lithuanian.
Please share if you know any

For example, BitSafe. It is Dutch and it accepted a Russian citizen (me). Even sent a card.
Also Transferwise will do, but they didn't send a card.

Transferwise doesn't allow indian citizens otherwise is a great option.
I didn't know about bitsafe. Thanks for sharing, will give it a try

Have you tried to order a card on the EU address (where intermediary then can send this card to your country)?

Yes, I did so recently, but still await for the outcome 🙂
