Hi

I'm new here I just opened a Nevis IBC that will primarily deal with cyber security consulting and I'm looking for an EMI to use.

The annual revenue will be around 80-100k

I will not hold the money in the EMI I want to transfer them to interactive brokers so I can invest in stocks etc... so I don't need a bank the money will not be there for long anyway.

Any suggestions on what I can use?

Nevis does not seem like a reasonable choice for this scale.

You will be left‌ to the high-risk EMIs in the UK. See Interpolitan and Monetley and look at the‍ others from posts on the forum.

Maybe Sun Bank in Nevis will work. They are a tolerable bank but the fees are not great.

IMBL is an opportunity too but⁤ I have not worked with them so I have nothing particular to say. Just know⁣ that they have decent correspondent relationships.

Worst case scenario you can go for The Kingdom⁢ Bank but you will probably get only EUR SEPA (or pay a few extra thousand︀ for USD and GBP access) but I do not think the pricing will be suitable︁ for you.

Privacy and asset protection and a‍ few others I did mention to them that I was doing this and they had no issues with paying me in my company as long as I can get an⁤ EMI or a bank account

For banks there are banks in Panama and few others I was just thinking for‌ the short term I can use
True but as far as this goes it does the job a company‍ in a Nevis trust is worse than a Cook Island trust but still good.

So if I get divorced or have any issues like this good luck also I have 3 citizenships I live in country A with citizenship B but I have property bank⁤ accounts and proof of address in country C with citizenship C and the company is⁣ opened with this citizenship and a address in that country so good luck finding that⁢ I even own it let alone getting it from me in a divorce.

So in︀ the case of divorce, it is very hard to track down and get anything that︁ is in a trust.

Not married yet but engaged but I learned a long time︂ ago no need to trust anyone if you don't have to life is long and︃ you never know what might happen 10-20 years down the road.

I don't care about︄ taxes I already don't pay tax

So looking for an ok bank or even better︅ an EMI as its simpler.

Would you mind to elaborate more what do you mean?

Well, as I have⁤ learned, Currenxie is now (newly!) open to many so called high-risk jurisdictions, St. Kitts and⁣ Nevis included. They take some money for any incoming transaction but it seemed to me⁢ so reasonable that I even have not remembered it 😉
Definitely worth trying, IMO.

I can confirm.

Do not underestimate your future︀ ex-wife's lawyers and detectives 🙂 If you have an attractive amount of assets, they can do︁ almost miracles – nowadays. And if you have almost no assets – nothing to care︂ about, not even to create some complex structures 😉

Very true 🙂

You are right but my point is different they have⁤ to find it first then they have to get it after they find it.

In Nevis just for the court to hear your case you need to put down a⁣ 100k deposit not to mention the trust protections.

A lot better than a prenup as⁢ that is not worth the paper that is written on (seen many thrown out by︀ a judge)

@Forester, if you can answer one more question, do you know if they accept‌ crypto?

What I mean by accept crypto is if I go to an exchange like‍ Binance sell my crypto and turn it into USD and then transfer the USD to currenxie will they complain.

Thank you for the confirmation. I appreciate it, It's not an issue I was just‍ curious.

Yes, it’s the famous “bond” (not James Bond).

62. (1) Every creditor of⁣ a member or a limited liability company, before bringing any legal action to collect on⁢ a judgment against any member, limited liability company or property thereof, governed by section 60,︀ shall first deposit with the Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Finance, a bond in︁ an amount to be….

I must ask, have you found⁣ a reliable bank for your offshore company in Nevis or St. Kitts ? something that⁢ is easy to open or all did failed ?

You didn't tried other EMI's only currenxie? Would be interested to learn about others to have‌ more than only one account.

Thanks for sharing.
May I ask, how old is your relationship with‍ Verifo? (Background: Previously, they were very open. Yet recently, from what I have witnessed, their risk appetite decreased a lot; I would not expect them to onboard St.Kitts and Nevis⁤ company, currently...)
