EMI and SWIFT

Hello guys, i'm searching for EMI provider, which would be able to receive Bitcoin, and make wire transfer to BVI. (less than 2000 USD). Would like to hear any suggestions. Thank you.

I've created account there, but maybe because of my country (not EU zone) i'm able to send bank transfers via AdvCash only to Brazil.
