If i right understood:
EMI means "real" internet bank account (with dedicated IBAN).
E-wallet means internet "sub account" (no IBAN).
(please correct me if i am wrong)

I have understood that all EMI* (with IBAN) will apply the CRS from AEOI.
*except the few from exotic countries

My question is do the e-wallet (no IBAN) have to report CRS as well ?

According to International Laws they have to comply to certain reporting standards and they have to obtain information about you in the case the get a request from any auth.

Even some of them say they don't report anything I would not relay on that answer and trust them blind.

They will have to report you but that's why people use darks to avoid this problem. Actually it is known by now that all of the EMI providers report your data to the home country of each account holder. They have to comply to International laws.

You open the EMI account with darks and forget about all this reporting. Just open several accounts while it's all possible and you can sleep well at night!

It seems this is not true, actually another user (experienced user) from this forum wrote it is not the case, they don't report any accounts unless they are owned by a Bank! this is good news and can help most of us to stay anonymous in banking matters!
