EMI account non EU residents + Card

You may use Mister Tango as everyone else is doing today. Or check the list of EMI's here EMI account non EU residents + Card not sure if and which one has any problems with non EU citizens.
Mistertango dont issue cards for non eu.
You could use next services:

Spectrocoin
Paycent
Last two are for cryptomostly, but you could use them as well

They are assigned with new card provider couple on months ago and issue plastic for USD and virtual card for EUR.
I use spectrocoin for cashout crypto.
Also I have account with paycent, but not ordered their card yet (because current crypto cards from epayments and spectrocoin are fill my needs in cash).
But I don't hear issues about paycent card. One issue could be in fact that it's a UnionPay (more Asia friendly compared to Visa/MC) so some old ATM/terminals in EU could not accept them.
