EMI account for an SVG company

Hello everyone,
The title basically has it all. I have a client who bought an SVG IBC (not from me) a couple of years ago and now wants to really use it, hence he needs a bank/EMI account. Unfortunately, he is adamant about using an SVG entity and not starting a new company.
I've reached out to some EMIs, including some EMIs cited in the forum, but they all turned me down saying they didn't currently work with SVG entities.
So here I am, looking for anyone not outright scammy.

Are the persons in the structure EU residents?
You can definitely open an account if‌ you do it right

They have correspondence bank in St. Lucia and are known to deal with tropical‍ island companies.

Payset is not working with SVG

It would all depend on the activity,
If its a⁢ legit company there are a lot of EMIs that would open an account.
The first︀ one i would go to is Wallter.
