They also can block the account out of nowhere, but they are much more predictable than Wise or Revolut. However they are a bit limited with the range of operations they can provide. For example you can receive a SWIFT payment in EUR to an account in your name but you can't send the EUR by SWIFT from your name it will be sent from account belongs to Paysera. The same story with USD payments, only to and from the account on their name.
But if all you need is SEPA, it's perfect.
