EasiSave are they open for foreigners?

In another thread I read about them Easisave they got a good review and I decided I want to try them. Anyway, I don't want to waste my time so maybe you can let me know if it is possible to open an account with them as a non UK citizen?

I wouldn't bother with any Maltese bank right now. The whole banking scene there is a mess held together with dental floss. easisave is basically FIMBank a middle east laundromat bank and foreign bank in Malta. See below.

Fimbank are also nutcases when it comes to compliance now since they got fined for weak AML. Oh and be assured if Malta's FIAU fines you for weak AML then it was probably a blatant easy to catch laundering event that occurred.
