E Commerce Store Business solution

I am opening new Shopify store and I want to know the best way of dealing with payments. In my store, I am currently accepting only PayPal(Stripe is not available in Serbia). My plan is next:
1. Create offshore company
2. Create Bank account either in Deutchebank or in some offshore bank and link PayPal to it
3. Set to automatically receive money from PayPal to my bank account

Is this possible, and, if not, can you give me tips and guides on how to do it? If you have any better options, I am all ears!
