The cancelled cards are working‍ again, if you are residing (or have a passport?) in supported countries.

Dukascopy is itself a regulated bank right? Why do they need some other bank to‌ issue their cards?

Even though the cards are working again, its been a whole month of sudden, unexpected‌ and illegal (in my opinion) refusal of providing card service by Corner bank. Any card‍ holder is a client of corner bank so every client can sue this card issuer⁠ for uniliteral unreasonable action of corner bank. Do you think we have chances of wining⁤ some money here?

not at all, the costs to start such a lawsuite will be more than‍ what you ever could expect from getting out of it.
