Dukascopy bank the worst bank they need documents before 13 years ago

I'm trying to open Multi-Currency Account with Dukascopy and they request from me documents for‌ the period August to September 2009 yes it's true not a joke they want documents‍ before 13 years ago such as student proof or employee proof.
i have all screenshots⁠ from one of the most unhelpful and unprofessional support.
I need a virtual bank offer⁤ multi-currency account ( not wise) I'm from middle east.

Did you try to open a personal or a cooperate account with them?
I never‌ had problems with them so far and they accepted some recent documents as prove of‍ funds.

Do you try to get very high funding limits? Or just opening the account⁠ with default limits?
