They do contact by themself witht the gov in some countries
I know a person in Saudi Arabia who tried to get in to crypto and dukas didnt allow him because the saudi gov dont allow it as they replied him

Well they blocked my account
With no notice i texted them in their app and no reply
Thank god i didnt trust them at all to put any big amount there
They gave me a quarter limit of 12k but never trust them on any cash at all

guys if you want a CH bank just go to CH and get a real one. Its ridiculous to try to bank w Dukascopy
