Dubai company, shipping from EU

Would it be legal to have wholesale electronics business registered in Dubai.
And hiring a fulfillment center in Europe that would ship electronic goods to German business customers.
Or would I need to have the goods stored in Dubai and ship them from there to the business customers in Germany.

This is ofcourse legal as long as your Dubai company imported them with a VAT number and declares correctly the VAT in Germany.

Normally fulfilment centers will require also to see the proof those goods were imported with your Dubai company and paid VAT (or deferred VAT).

As long as you are not a European citizen, are not physically operating from Europe (have substance in Dubai) it's ok. If nonenthless you are a European citizen things becomes much trickier.
