Dubai company formation

Hi,

We are two people looking to register a company in Dubai. One, maybe two of the directors will fly to Dubai once every 6 months to obtain residence.

We are told, that with this, it should be easy enough to open a bank account.

We are a recruitment company. None of our recruitment takes place in Dubai.

We already spoke with a company named Shurra and one other I forget the name. they sent us IFZA and Meydan as freezone options? Not sure if they are the best.

We are looking to speak with other formation agents or looking to hear from anyone that has had a similar experience.

Looking for your constructive feedback here please.

We just don't want to be another YouTube "influencer" making 2 times a week a video all the time about the same topics and talking about several jurisdictions but pitching Dubai all the time at the end of the day - further we don't run Push Marketing to not drive up the costs unnecessary for you guys - from the community for the community.

The banker might want to come to see your office and see you in person as well...

We don't have an office and as far as we are aware we don't need one.
Of course we are expecting a bank to do due dilligence, why wouldn't they...

Well if you have a low risk passport holder with the necessary substance eg. fully fledged office dedicated under lock key and a reputable Freezone in Dubai (which is for sure not Meydan) with a Dubai Residence Visa, Emirates ID - the only thing left is to re-produce the actually client case in a low risk Business Activity and have a good understanding of how Bank Compliance works in 2023 in the UAE.

Wrong - without office you get rejected at the door step from literally every UAE Bank even the super small ones without proper Online Banking.

You now know it - you can decide to go the right way even when it costs you more - the most important is the Business Bank Account otherwise the Company is worthless.

I agree. Do long term planning! pay now a little more to get the right solution for the future rather than paying less now for a useless solution in the future.
