Hi, hungary citizen here. Im a few steps away from signing a contract for a company formation in dubai. I got no clue if Im getting ripped off or if its a fair price. Interesting to hear about your opinions from experts. Im not going to share who it is, because of advertisement rules, and its nobody from here.

11.750 € for IFZA license, full Visa process, Emirates NBD (personal) and Wio (business) bank account with full on site assistance and personal support. "All inclusive, no extra cost" Its someone that lives in dubai and has some reputation, but runs it on a lower scale. I got told he formed around 80 companies.

Is it a fair price and with a good package?

The fees seem reasonable. You can find cheaper and you can find more expensive.

It'd probably be worth inquiring about a business account with Emirates NBD, in addition to Wio,‌ though. Presumably the service provider has a relationship with Emirates NBD.

Do your due diligence‍ on the provider itself, though. Make sure they are who they say they are.

Too expensive for what you get.

@Sols is right with his statement however we charged‌ in our active time for the same 33450 AED including a fully fledged Office for‍ Banker Visit to get a Proper Business Bank Account with a Branch Bank not just Online Bank WIO. Self talking PRO service and VIP Document Processing included.

You are paying⁤ here 4000 EUR more for nothing.

If you trust the person or like the person⁣ go for it but keep in mind there is a high 4 figure commission involved.⁢

Maybe -‌ provided nothing goes wrong...

It's when stuff inevitably DOES it's good to have a pro‍ on side and well worth the investment IMHO

Sounded alarmingly past tense there...

Thank you for the response everyone. Doing it on my own is no option. Being‌ stranded and getting headache with declined forms and requests isnt worth it. I rather pay‍ those 12k and have it all done.

@Fred You seem to be highly trusted, is your service still available?

Just go directly with the Freezone. You don't really need a CSP if you have‌ a brain and choose a proper license and not one of this useless crypto licenses.‍
Current prices: 1 Visa License 14,900 AED directly at IFZA + some hidden fees for the medical, establishment card etc. you maybe end with 18-19k in total for the first⁤ time.
I am too lazy to open my email for exact prices but IFZA gives⁣ you pretty much a full guide what to do and they have a pretty responsive⁢ customer service.
Most CSP prices are ridiculous. They already get a 30% one time commission︀ or 20% recurring commission on every license (thats currently 3000 AED (816.75$) for 1 Visa︁ License ) isn't this enough to cover everything?

But they︂ will not give you an “ejari”, right? And you need that for business bank account︃ opening.

No, you don’t need an ejari. A‍ tenancy contract is enough and that can be obtained easily.

I have a contact that helped me with a virtual office.

Ah my bad. Tenancy contract is what I mean. But does IFZA help you with that? Or is that something you have to take care of.

You need to find a business centre that can help you with it.

Not expensive though.

Why anyone is thinking of a freezone company instead of a mainland one with the‌ new corporate tax rate?

Easier and more straight-forward setup.

What would be your main business activity?
Have you ever been in UAE before?
Do you‍ plan to relocate there?
