But what are Trump's thoughts on BTC and ETH?

Why hasn't he considered them? Is that the next thing he'll boycott in his eagerness, or is it a strategic move?

BTC and ETH are rising, sure, but it's based on expectations, not because anything has actually been decided.

Hello, please interpret his statement correctly.

He already said during the election campaign that Trump‌ was planning a reserve with the US coins.

This is not an announcement that the‍ reserve is now starting, the reserve is still being examined by a working group.

So nothing has changed, Trump is just firing up the markets.
Maybe because he killed them⁠ enough times in the last months and he don't like the big negative sums in⁤ his own portfolio 🙁

Someone actually bought a‌ buttload of ETH and BTC an hour before using 50x leverage - the whole community‍ is fuming, but not like insider trading is something new in crypto.

On the serious⁠ note, the whole "reserve" thing must still pass the congress, funds must be allocated (and⁤ not some mere millions), so it will take years to actually make this thing running.⁣ Then the new administration comes in and sells everything because "Trump bad, we need money⁢ for welfare", crypto will go into another winter, rinse and repeat.
