According to this http://www.doingbusiness.org/data/exploreeconomies/dominica/starting-a-business it is possible to apply for VAT for a Dominica company!‌

Also the paid in share capital is 0$ ~ XCD 0

Thats good news actually means we can claim VAT and don't need to pay it‌ where required by a payment processor!

You may check with the payment processor if they accept VAT registered companies from the‌ Dominica Republic! Sometimes they refuse even they are legit!

They do, asked them by e-mail and they replied they o accept VAT registered companies‌ from Dominica Republic.

Yes, I send them my scanned copy I received today for my Dominica company so⁠ waiting for their response. If worldpay accept my company they may be a great alternative⁤ for 2co!

It took not very long maybe 10‍ days or something. Everything is still working fine with this offshore corp setup.
