Dominica company registration good or bad?

We have a lot of discussions about Belize, Seychelles and so on but we have only a hand full about Dominica company registration!

What's your opinion about registration of companies in Dominica?

Do they provide good privacy?

In my opinion Dominica offers excellent privacy, however I would always suggest using Nominee's, Trusts,‌ Foundations etc to increase the confidentiality of any structure.

Dominica has options for banking in the same places as companies formed in the likes‌ of BVI, Belize, Seychelles etc.

Dominca has a great privacy for people seeking that. What you want to do is‌ to consider your options for banking before you setup a company there or consider an‍ EMI.
