Hello
I have a lot of transactions (some B2B but majority of B2C).

When I had my company in France, it was mandatory to keep a copy of all invoices sent to the client, so if we had a fiscal control someday, invoices were proofs.

Is it the same in UAE? Is it required and mandatory for every transactions?

Thanks.

Greetings!

I would suggest that each company keeps track on this.

In the UAE it will start (most probably) from January 2025 so I would suggest to start keeping track.

Is this new information about starting 2025?
I thought if your fiscal year is calendar year then it starts Jan 2024.

How would you be able to file audited financial statements if you do not have accounting records? And how can you file VAT reports? The time for no accounting is over, not just in the UAE
